Beat the dirty mancs and get 7 points ahead of them early on in the season would be great, it'd help establish the top 4 and keep pressure at the top

With Studge, it's always been bullshit that he doesn't work hard or he's too selfish, his problem atm is he seems to have lost a yard from all the injuries
I did say that very early on. I could find a quote if I could be bothered but I said something along the lines of not only had Sturridge lost a yard, he had actually gone from lightning to flat out slow.

Bobby is sneaky good. Massive key player and integral to everything we so. I remember being super excited when we signed him and wanted us to sign him for a year or so before we did which was totally out of the blue too.

We werent even linked to him. Send all of a sudden he was holding up the shirt. He started slowly but after he settled in, he's been huge for us.

Sounds like Lovren's groin injury worse than first thought. Wonder if Sakho is a chance of replacing him if he can't play against the mancs? He's played quite a but of u23 football and us supposedly training the house down.

I'll expect Klopp would go with Klavan-Matip with Lucas on the bench as a CB and Grujic coming back onto the bench to fill the CM role.

Doubt it. Ragnar has done nothing wrong and should get first crack if Lovren is out for a while.

Now Anfield Wrap's sorta slaughtered Karius and now wants Mignolet backs, that's just the same podcast that slaughtered Mignolet a few games ago. I guess there's a reason why I sorta stopped listening to it

Difference with the Mignolet stuff is it all got a bit personal and was after a game where he did nothing wrong. Karius was terrible at the weekend and is very lucky he didn't cost us any points.

Agree with whoever it was on TAW (Rob I think) who said we should ease up and re-assess after a few games. All the talk coming out of Germany when we signed him is that he's fairly commanding so hopefully it was just first game (where he had to do anything) nerves.

I know you dream big but Sakho is done bro. Ragnar will come in if Lovren isnt fit. Klaven hasnt put a foot wrong either when called upon this season.

We just gotta stick by him. I think a few of us have said this. We know Mignolet's ceiling and it's not great. We dont know Karius' yet. So play him. I think their was some first game nerves in that last game.

Having said that Liverpool v Man U is a big fixture. So Mig's experience would be handy but I think Klopp will go with Karius.

When do the U23's play? Always seems like there isn't anyone watching, or are the games played behind closed doors? Thought it'd be a good way for people to follow their club who can't afford the ticket prices of Premier League.

Most games are played at Tranmere's ground. Believe anyone can just turn up and watch, not sure of ticket prices but you'd think it would be a tenner at most.

I do have a feeling United will target Karius with high balls and crosses, hope he comes through
Karius was coming all the time for high balls pre season. Might have something to do with punching Lovren and breaking his hands, will take some time for him to settle in.
