Smart makes $12mil and imo is a way better player. I think ideally you pay someone like Rozier 10-12 and have him off the bench, he too often has terrible games to be a starter. But the contract isn't as bad as it originally looked and you do have to wonder if they could have used the money any better given where they are at, so probably a pass.
