Must be tough to build a culture across your large supporter base. Given over 50% of them have only joined up in the last few years, many might still be learning the game. Will they stick around when you return to the Way of The Nine (edit - that autocorrect of the n-word is a good feature).

However, your supporter base - members or not - have, in the space of your last 3 games of football, been involved with the following:
- after match bashing in Richmond after your semi-final win
- after match punch up after Rd 1
- this most recent racial vilification episode.

Maybe that's what happens when a club gets a lot of New Supporters.
