He not only refused to shake hands , he knocked her hat off and nearly cracked her in the head. This guy is a real peach.

The ole 'fake a handshake into hat knock off' technique, a true classic. She won't fall for that one again. He's literally teaching the future generation a valuable lesson mere seconds after receiving his premiership medal - what an incredible guy.
