Is there any thought that you might encourage different buyers if you explored different parts of Melbourne? Or are they happy to have one bloke buy 2-3 properties and have the others go unsold?
I was driving through Brunswick today and there's a string of townhouses with a few of them for sale. I thought that'd be a really interesting spot to do it. But I guess no one is paying $4-5m for a Brunswick townhouse?
They paid a mint for these houses too.
