That room is very small. Like the built in desk, but not a wow room by any means.

I loathe how out of touch some of the judges comments are sometimes.

4 bedrooms + a studio + work from home space that you could convert, and Darren is complaining about the lack of a sofa bed for "overflow guests".

What world are these people living in that you need 6 rooms in Hampton? We're not talking about a holiday destination or some outback town where grandparents can afford to retain stupidly big houses for the family to come back to for weeks over summer.

Room looks great visually, but on first glance it felt cramped with those two large sitting chairs.
