H4 - Another great room from this couple. 8.5/10
H3 - Looked well done but should have made the room more flexible. A home office should be less like an office and more like a living space. 7/10

H2 - I liked the way they decorated it but they really stuffed up the functionality. They spent way too much on that marble. $37,000 for an office is too much. 7/10

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I like to take note because it's interesting.

Honestly, H1 was simple, easy to change it up if you wanted to. And also almost snatching a win with half the budget spent.

Should be a good week going forward with Leah blowing up at the site builders. I know the show is edited to make people look good and bad, but Leah seems off the planet at the moment.

In saying that their room this week wasn't that bad. It was certainly interesting. I'm not sure the functionality was that bad thst could be converted to a bedroom if the buyer wanted it so.

Seems a bit odd the way the plans state WFH space and then contestants build a WFH space and get criticised on being too literal with this.

Good planning, of course, would make it multiple purpose, however this seems a little to drama ish for the sake of drama.

Also the drama about Leah "wanting answers" or whatever. I mean what answers do you want? You ****ed up yourself.

altho having said that dunno if it would have made much difference.

The contestants who took the warnings seriously and properly tarped their roofs got hardly any water damage. Those who didn't and did SFA about it did.

I only randomly watch bits of this show when my wife has it on for the reveals. Admittedly I work in a job that uses larger formats of paper and printing but none of these with desks against the wall had enough depth and space for dual monitors.....seemed to be a complete absence of GPO's. Was there a neat allocated space for a printer? Shelves seemed to be for display rather than function. The island desks (I think one had a floor box for power and data, not sure) are ridiculous for a WFH setup.
I'm not sure where the jurisdiction of contestant and show builder is - but I have some sympathy for anyone plastering a room without a roof. This is a made for TV scenario
