He is a pretty good batsman though and combined with his bowling he wouldn't disgrace himself at test level

Marsh just played a lot of cricket on potential in a weak WA side.

Judging players of that age on career stats is dumb

Faulkner is not a test number 6, Although I think he could do it on the ODI's. Marsh will keep on improving and has already gone passed Faulkner who is yet to score a FC hundred.

Nah, I think he could be a very good test #6, plus a handy 5th bowler.
