It was classless, poor sportsmanship and in general a disgrace. It's on the level of booing a guy who is being stretchered off really.

The club needs to move on and be a bit above thst level of pettiness

Anyway, I came in to say, it was funny how one of the commentators said "there's respect in those boos". No there wasn't. You don't boo to show your respect.

Being a good sport is a pretty big part of the game in my eyes. The fans were great with sportsmanship on GF day and kind of just threw that good will away with that very poor showing

Personally, I don't mind booing. Particularly for the fools where it replaces divisive language.

What I do mind is the double standard. If commentators hear boos in WA, it's a problem. Everywhere else it's ok or even a sign of respect.

Pettiness is intrinsically woven into the very fabric of crowd behaviour. The human condition etc.
