i hate the ruck, having some giant running into me and kneeing me doesn't appeal to me

I like it except when the guy has a massive leap and they knee around the stomach area or even sometimes where it hurt's .

I dont play ruck but in contests, i put my body on the line cause if you do, You come out 1st best. 1 Extra step will stop them jumping as high and will knock them off the ball plus will give you a pit of pain at time but hurts the opponent more.
