Unfortunately yes...

Tuesday - Wednesday.

I have the "If you want something done, do it yourself." mentality.

I could get the Sunday off, but it's the day after our Christmas party. And I just know that 3 or 4 people are going to rock up incredibly hungover and I will end up going in anyway, so I figure... actually preparing to go to work is better than being rung up in the morning and be asked to come in.

Maybe I can try and get out of working Christmas Eve?

I hate customers with a passion.

Especially Queenslanders.

Why do they still use the Imperial system?

And what's the deal with customers thinking a statement is a question.

"I saw some Johnnie Walker the other day."

*Long pause*

*Me thinking: And... your point here is?*

So eventually I just say something, anything like... "Okay." "Yep." "Alright..."

And then they continue on.

I wonder what would happen if I don't say anything... ever. Would they just... sit there... for all eternity... in stalemate?

God I hate customers.

I've dealt with some wonderful customers in my life... so wonderful...

You only have to read the Customer Complaint thread to see how wonderful.

I'll never forget that customer who started balling her eyes out to me over the phone.

I'm still convinced she was an alcoholic.

I only drink it because it helps me sleep... or placebo effect... either way.

Well I would keep talking to you, but I am going to bed in a minute, for I am going to work tomorrow.

I plan to get there at about 11... hopefully leave at 5... but those $2 cleanskins and that $38 Crown Lager is making the ferals go feral.
