2 pieces of toast, one with vegemite, one with crunchy peanut butter.
The toast must be toasted well. None of this lightly toasted shit.
Also if I have milk and/or Milo, I will have a Milo.

I usually wake up at like 11-12, but it still counts as breakfast in my book.
 
As others have said it depends.

I switch between Be Natural Wholemeal cereal or Special K Advantage, a chocolate protein shake, piece of wholegrain toast with butter, or toast and two poached eggs.

Accompanied with a cup of green tea and you can't go wrong :thumbsu:
 
When I'm in the zone gym/exercise wise normally a minimum of 10 Weet Bix

Do you put anything else in besides weetbix and milk?

So far I'm the only one on this thread who regularly has Vegemite on toast for breakfast - and I'm freakin' Seppo. What's the matter with you people? Also iced tea, no sugar, every morning. Coffee sours my guts, and decaf is one of the most idiotic ideas ever conceived. If I've been drinking a lot of beer in the week, I'll take on a banana to up the potassium I've pissed off (like this morning in fact)

Favorite breakfast is Eggs Benedict Florentine with smoked salmon, but I only go through that much trouble if I've had a girl stay over....and she doesn't want Vegemite.

Were you born and raised in the USA though?

Weetbix goes well, usually with some fruit in there.

Lately I've been having shakes.

Toast with anything goes well - usually vegemite.

If I could have anything it'd be pancakes and bacon (separately). Too lazy and unhealthy to make it a regular thing.
 
usually cereal (coco pops or corn flakes), sometimes bacon on toast.

i can't do fancy breakfasts. my stomach hasn't usually settled till about midday and it further complicates things if i go sticking random things in. i also find it's no good if i go switching things, so when i do switch from one to the other so when i do make the switch, that's my breakfast for the next four or five days.

supposed i skip but i try not too. probably miss once to twice a week.

and i don't like a lot of breakfast things such as baked beans, eggs, tomatoes...

I brought a huge jar of vegemite with me to the States, although I never used it all.

Pretty sure there were some shops there that stocked it though. There were a couple of Aussie bars in San Diego that had it, along with meat pies.
 
Didn't used to eat it. Probst a bad move as it's bad for you etc...

Moved onto eggs (omlette, scrabled, whatever) whilst on a protien only gig, but now I'm on oats or wheet crisps and Rye toast.

And the essential freshly grounded latte.

Have them together. Bacon and Maple Syrup together is incredible, a great combo

I sometimes go to this cafe on the beach near me, ruby's, which makes by far the best bacon and egg roll I have had. Tad pricey so it isnt a regular thing, but just well cooked bacon, egg and BBQ sauce, no turkish bread, so relish, no rocket, just the ultimate Bacon and Egg roll. Have it with black coffee and you are on the breakfast of champions.
 
Normally just a cup of tea or Turkish coffee on weekdays as I am scampering to get to work. Over the last few days its just been a glass of water, while I get my morning tea during work.

On weekends I take the dog for a walk to the local Asian bakery which make some mean crossiants and have them for brekky, a great feed to nurse a hangover from a Friday night. On some Sundays it will be bacon and eggs.

My answer would be "nothing"- but not because I'm too busy- because I just cannot stomach anything that early in the morning.

Usually when I get to work its just a cup of coffee or tea.

I know I should have breakfast- just cant stomach it, have been that way for years....

I've been living uni life lately, so plenty of time for breakfast. Lately I've having one egg on toast, with another piece of toast with vegemite to soak up the egg.

Try it. Vegemite and egg goes together wonderfully.

Other than that, I have plus cereal with muesli, milk and Greek yoghurt or two pieces of toast with vegemite and honey.

Always with a cup of white tea.

USed to be that way, couldn't eat before 10.

Forced myself to do it and now no probs and I'm healthier for it.

Thats what people tell me "force" yourself. I cant.... meh I'm still on the planet alive, so thats something..

The funny thing is tho, I really like the "meal" that is breakfast- i like having it for dinner (London/England FTW and their all day breakfasts on their menus!!!) sometimes. :o
 
Er... what..

Early morning + milk gives me stomach cramps always gave me stomach cramps back at school. My brother still gets it so he drinks lactose free milk. Might be the reason why you can't stomach food in the morning.

And if it's not, try something more savory. Nothing like a medium-rare scotch fillet to prepare yourself for a game of footy. :thumbsu:
 
Weekdays & Saturday: Bowl of Sultana Bran (with extra Bran Flakes sprinkled on top), Bowl of Peaches in Natural Juice, Cranberry Juice and a White Tea.

Sunday: Raisin Toast or French Toast or Pancakes and a White Tea or Coffee.

Perhaps on a Sunday every two months or so I may grab a Macca's Breakfast - Sausage and Egg McMuffin, a couple of Hash Browns and a White Tea or Coffee.
