I just have a coffee.

I work an office job so so there's no point in taking in a bunch of carbs in the morning that i'm not going to burn off.
 
Coffee and a tim tam.
Maybe a piece of fruit.
I have next to zero appetite when i get up.
 
normally i have about half an apple, even though generally i have toast served up 4 me, but after i have shower and get dressed, its already cold so just have apple. on weekends i have nothing (partly cos i get up at lunchtime,partly cos its someting i'd rather not do when i have diff options). sometimes i have a chocolate bar.
 
Thread needs an icebreak option..

for breakfast every saturday morning i have 2 bits of toast, a tin of mustard flavoured herring, 2 eggs, aspargus, bacon and half a litre of orange juice.

Great attacking fuel for the weekend ahead..
 
I like a big breakfast and have been in the same routine for the past few weeks.

3 egg omelette and Banana smoothie when I get up at about 6:45.
Hashbrown and medium orange juice in the city on the way too work.
Bowl of cornflakes and an apple at work sometime before 9:00.

That's my morning feed.

Holy shit! I wouldn't eat that much in a day!




(That's a lie but did it for the effect! And also it is best to eat your biggest meal at the start of the day; so good work.)

Not only the coolest but also the tastiest breakfast.
Also a good lunch or snack.
Trade the coffee for the beer and it becomes dinner...I miss those days

I only started eating brekkie after travelling OS and staying in hostels. read on a forum to take advantage of the free brekkies and cut down the $$$$ spent.
Prefer a big brekky, stuff all lunch, and a medium dinner.

I know at one stage they were bringing out bottled orange juice.

I need advice for breakfast - I am a real lazy eater. I won't eat 3 meals - I'll just graze. I normal have to be up at 6-630 for uni or work and this is at the latest and because I have fatigue issues I try and get as much sleep as possibe.

What should I do for breakfast?
