Its no secret Pagan F***ed his chances at AFL with his ancient coaching techniques, and never seriously gave him a fair dinkum crack during any games. The more I think about it, the more he was used as a scape goat.

He's only 25 and has a smart footy brain and has good all round skills. I just hope he gets one chance under Ratten, and if he doesn't measure up, then I will be the first to say DELIST.

yeah good move if he comes in...could play him across Hff/CHF, we need a get out kick/target up forward other than fisher now that hartlett is out..

Although we could play sentanta or edwards in that position....so it'll be interesting to see where he'll play if he comes in, thoughts?

I'm actually thinking the Wing. He plays in the middle with the Bullants and always gives 100%.

Can see him swapping with someone in the Forward line at times aswell.

Expect a good game from the Wiggler!

I think for us to move forward, Wiggins is one of those players we need to let go of. He won't improve, we have seen the best of him and it simply isn't good enough. Shocking skill level.

One of my most disliked players at the club. He's been around for way too long and it has been made clear that he is NOT good enough year in year out.

Seriously though, he was never gonna be a part of the 22 this year - only there for depth purposes. With our injuries at the moment, he'd be far more valuable in the side than a youngster not ready for AFL footy.

why? they are in no form. at last wiggins has been getting in best, and experience counts for a lot here. If you were saying armfield jackson i would consider it due to the wraps they have had. But even then were talking about hartlett's replacement. Therefore we need a marking target. With setanta a likely in down back (saddo/thornton inj. Austin crap) we need a marking target. It has to be out of wiggo the same way we used him at subi last time or hammer in with kreuze or cloke forward. Otherwise we will have no structure.

im very aware of that mate, especially benjamen. People need to understand that wiggo is not part of the future of this club.
This year is not impotant if we win 6 games or 8 games, it wont make a difference. So thats why i believe if we should be blooding players at all oppurtunities. We have a large list of injuries, and this is a perfect opputunity to play a youngster. I would much prefer we play a very out of form benji as a forward/crumber alongside fev, than play an in form wiggo.
