This isn't a caption, it's more a confession.
I have many times taken this exact pose in the middle of the ground with my players. The thing is, I'm extremely lucky as I coach a fantastic team, we've won four flags in the last six years. A monkey could coach these boys to a premiership. So They don't need a lot of "coaching". On occasion we get a few people watching on at training, so I'll often take the boys to the middle of the ground, point and gesture demonstratively and all I'm saying to them is "just nod so those people watching think I'm a good coach..."
It helps build credibility
