Other players may have been the difference in a stronger/better outcome too

Have never passed comment on the 300 game scenario, my comments were purely team first

If any of Simmo, Murphy and or Betts were retained/played purely to make finals, rather than building continuity with players that will be around when we are a contender, then the strategy is flawed

Murphy and Betts will continue to have the occasional elite moments, but that isn't the difference in making finals and beyond
