Everyone is on a bit of an edge.

I have been a critic of SPS's kicking - until I started looking at what he does through a different lens- and the lens being - maintenance of possession as a first priority. If more players were as careful with their disposal by foot as SPS - perhaps the team might have fewer turnovers and the opposition fewer uncontested marks and the defensive system more capable of being put in place etc etc etc..

I really believe that our game plan is so poor - that we don't even know how good (or bad) many of the players really are. It is time for a reset of the game plan if nothing else.

I have been quite frustrated by SPS's kicking but i imagine this is a coached thing. I find it hard to believe that a player would naturally be looking for that 15 metre kick.

Agree, put Samo in the guts. Give him the remaining 9 matches to play in his natural position. He and Dow will suprise many.

The media have successfully divided this club.
People swallow and repeat everything the media say.

All because we predicted and said we were expecting to play finals.
Things change, but people still expect perfection.

We've improved but so has the opposition in many cases.
But we should just beat top 8 teams...just because!

I know, but I crack the shits when they write an article six years ago saying 'Where is Carlton's lift going to come from?', discussing the age gap 20-24, writing another article entitled 'Carlton's absent movers: Where's the stars?' three years later and discussing the age gap at 23-36, and now writing that article. Only on the Carlton Bigfooty board could one's captain signing on at around 150 thousand under market price and a good 250-400 thousand under what he was being offered until he's 32 be considered a bad thing or something to give one misgivings.
