That was our worst performance by some distance …in 8 games. The players literally did not turn up. But some people want Voss to burn. Laughable.

Laughable in what way? Since he has shown up as coach we have lost to the crows the exact same way every single time. Clearly he is either incapable of motivating his troops to do the job or he doesn't have the gameplan required to best this mob who has been average at best since Voss has taken over.

What will it take for people to realise that our team is the epitome of inconsistent? Now some of the blame can be put on the shoulders of the players but we all know, our best is good enough yet our worst is extremely poor as evidenced on Sat arvo.

For me, a change of coach and assistants is required. If we need to get rid of some players for currency then do it as well. If not, this rebuild will be an absolute waste and will require ANOTHER major rebuild. The pies did it a few years ago with McRae and moved on players like Treloar and it has reaped massive rewards. We need to try it and see if it works cause this, what we have right now, is clearly not working and nothing will change that if we don't make a change ourselves.
