Port Adelaide is considering rushing Chad Cornes back for the home game against the Swans. Cornes has been missing with a broken finger, but with Shaun Burgoyne facing suspension and the Power at three wins and five losses and facing a season-defining game, his presence could be vital.
Cornes trained yesterday wearing a guard over the injured finger and will try to prove his fitness this week.
Desperate times may call for desperate measures at Moorabbin, too. Nick Riewoldt, who was expected to miss several games with injured knee ligaments, has been listed as a "test" this week. The Saints lost to Collingwood last Friday night and face a tough encounter with the Brisbane Lions at the Gabba on Sunday.

chad will speak on channel nine news in adelaide tonight about when he will return
It'll be better than a zero, and I'm not trading him out, so if he plays it's awesome news!if he does play i doubt he will score too high cos of the fact they are playing the swans and he will be touchy...
I'll second that- yeeeeeeeeeeoooooooowwwIt'll be better than a zero, and I'm not trading him out, so if he plays it's awesome news!
Confirmed starter for this weekend. Just on SEN...
Worthy of a new thread.
He was expected to come back this week anyway, but still thank ____ing god. Now I'm up to 5 backman playing this week rather than 4. Beau Waters and Scott Selwood better come in.
when waters comes back wot do u think of out IBBOTSON in WATERS it wont cost hardly anything as they will nearly be the same priceI think Waters is still one away..

yea but can he maintain it is the question if he does then he might be an all year keeper but if he decreases over the next few weeks i might bring weaters inWhy? Ibbo is scoring better than Waters.

yea he hasnt had a good start to the year i think he might be injured. or is he struggling because the eagles are struggling who knows but i rekan he can start getting back to his best soonId rather bring in David Neitz or Matthew Carr than Beau Waters. Feel like shooting myself in the head for picking him up at the start of the year instead of King.
I reckon Beau has OP, have nothing to base it on but past experience.
