My take on the Coaching input that get the Dogs the 2016 Premiership
Bevo 75% - Tactics and Player Management
Macca 25% - Rebuild and Nurture
I'm sure Bevo wants a 100% Coached Premiership in his own right, but he isn't going the right way about it being a hothead at the moment
Perhaps the club needs to look at a Football Manager from outside the club like a Neil Balme or Gary Pert type to be hired .. perhaps Paul Roos, Mick Malthouse or Gary Ablett Junior types
Some type of circuit breaker is needed
