The show is losing it's wow factor, the property steward segment was an interesting insight but the rest of the show....chopper, goldy & fat man was absolute shit!

If they can't get enough quality, make it a fortnightly show, alternating with the Hangar!

I would request that you please spell it "re-signed" next time so I don't have a heart attack:eek::D

Maybe i purposely said it just to do that exact thing ;)

Didnt we hit 70 or 75,000 members last year?
72,727 is the number being thrown around from last year (off Twitter so it may or not be accurate).

We should break that, I think we still have about 3-4 more weeks till the cut off date.

I don't watch it because I don't have Foxtel.
However I think what would be great is a focus on great historical matches, or great players from yesteryear.
Even if it's only a 5-10 minute segment, there's so much history we can go over that is wonderful and great for memories, great for the old blokes, and hopefully we can have more of the father-son stories that warm the hearts.

Can someone confirm whether or not they do have these segments. Because they could do it really well and pad that part of the show.

Also have they ditched Strauchanie? Hope they have. Was funny once and maybe for a rare EJ Whitten game, but otherwise there's no new jokes and I can't stand him.

Sorry, but i want to know about the future, not the past.

I'd be interested in knowing the past and what made our football club the envy of everybody else and what made it so great. I always look that stuff up and for newcomers to supporting AFL and the CFC, it's great to learn about what makes our club special and matches that people may not have seen. It's interesting to see matches that are from different decades and that show how much our great game has changed.

They have had some segments looking at vintage Collingwood, but it hasn't been a weekly thing. There was a bit on the Shaw brothers which was good. Also an interview with Murray Weideman. Might have been others but I forget :)

Haven't seen the unfunny Strauchanie since episode 2 thankfully!!! :)

Cracked up when Didak yelled "Hey Disco! Where is my f**kin' jumper?!?!"

Also, am I the only one disappointed in the membership tally?

I wouldn't say "disappointed", but yeah it's below what the club expected.

Last night the club tweeted that Pert's aim was 80k this year, well we aren't getting that with only 3-4 weeks left till the cut off date are we.

Maybe the grand final loss hit a few fans harder then the club anticipated, or maybe all the Malthouse fanboys/girls jumped ship.:p

Still, we will break the AFL record for the most members, so that's a start.

To be honest, i think financial circumstances are a big factor for many. I have been a member for the past few years but lost my job a while back and was unemployed for a while, so couldn't afford it.Back working now so there may be another member before the cutoff
