Bargain guns don't come along often but we got ourselves a hell of a good kick and a decision maker with ball in hand there.

Over the last few years we have giving Gov Gaff Sheed Darling Barrass Yeo Kelly Allen and more long term contracts. Goes on and on the amount we have given over the years.

All given 5 year contracts. It's just not long enough in today's game. We should give out contracts of more then 3 years.

Issue is with this players don’t earn enough. Players get harder and players always play for the club. They play for each other knowing they are not going anywhere for a long The effort is there and often they skip holidays. You see a lot in them last few years. We are a top 4 club yet these players are on small contracts working hard and only caring about results.

We are managed by a bunch of smart cookies. Our football depart has nothing to answer for.
