She actually was re elected quire comfortably in the end. Winning the 5th seatIn a nail biting finish Pauline Hanson has won the last Queensland Senate Seat.
The good news is she has ousted the right wing LNP cooker, homophobic and christian fanatic Amanda Stoker.
Imagine thinking that dumb arsed, racist Pauline Hanson winning a seat in the Australian Parliament for another 8 years is a good outcome.
Here we are in 2022 Australia, unfortunately.
And a measure of just how far the LNP coalition has fallen in terms of being an acceptable government for Australia.
If the Libs and the Nationals split, you would never see a Conservative Government win an election in this country again ever.Who said they weren't? When was the last time that a conservative government was not comprised of Libs and Nats in coalition?

The LNP coalition is made up of not just 2 separate parties but 4.

For all intents and purposes Hanson is powerless and may as well reopen her fish shop and start whining about foreigners again.
Redundant piece of s**t racist.
I was simply making a point.Labor will NEVER enter into a coalition with Greens. Unless the union movement abandons the ALP
And the Libs and Nationals have split when in Opposition, but I am unaware of them not renewing the coalition before an election
The ALP will never have any formal agreement with the Greens like the Liberal and National parties have.I was simply making a point.
i don't think the Greens will ever join Labor either.
The bolded is how I think they'll get over the line again. The title. They won’t till they change the current structure, or get a whole lot better covering the dross with ‘optics’
They are f***ed brother. They need to disband and reform. That is the only way they have a snowballs chance in hell of getting into power but then again, how do they reform? The bolded is how I think they'll get over the line again.
That could workPeople have been making these statements after elections for as long as I can remember. The coalition will get back in after two terms.
The fact they had been in government for ten years with a hopeless PM yet managed to not be wiped out shows they still have the support.
I'd put Dutton to lead for 12 months (stay with me) then dump him and put a female leader in. I think they need someone like Dutton to cop the flack and deal with the fallout for the next 12 months then the party makes a statement by dumping him.
