Another example of why these motherf*ckers should never ever be near electable again. From 2013 wages growth has been consistently below 3% and labour underutilisation tight (ie. we have to work more hours)

In a nail biting finish Pauline Hanson has won the last Queensland Senate Seat.

The good news is she has ousted the right wing LNP cooker, homophobic and christian fanatic Amanda Stoker.

Imagine thinking that dumb arsed, racist Pauline Hanson winning a seat in the Australian Parliament for another 8 years is a good outcome.

Here we are in 2022 Australia, unfortunately.

And a measure of just how far the LNP coalition has fallen in terms of being an acceptable government for Australia.

She actually was re elected quire comfortably in the end. Winning the 5th seat

The concerning thing is the final seat where the Labor 2nd seat just held on against Stoker.

Qld LNP is so far out of kilter with the rest of Australia, I don't see how Dutton could be the right man.

Who said they weren't? When was the last time that a conservative government was not comprised of Libs and Nats in coalition?
If the Libs and the Nationals split, you would never see a Conservative Government win an election in this country again ever.
If Labor went into coalition with the Greens, you would never see a Conservative Government win an election in this country again ever.

The LNP coalition is made up of not just 2 separate parties but 4.

For all intents and purposes Hanson is powerless and may as well reopen her fish shop and start whining about foreigners again.
Redundant piece of s**t racist.

Labor will NEVER enter into a coalition with Greens. Unless the union movement abandons the ALP

And the Libs and Nationals have split when in Opposition, but I am unaware of them not renewing the coalition before an election

The bolded is how I think they'll get over the line again.
They are f***ed brother. They need to disband and reform. That is the only way they have a snowballs chance in hell of getting into power but then again, how do they reform?

Will they call themselves the "Conservative Party" and garner even less than the 23.89% they got this time around? If the "Teals" start to organise and there seams to be some type of "movement" happening, they will strip more of the first preference of the newly formed conservatives but the beauty this time is that there aren't many blue riband Liberals seats remaining if any for the Teals to get hold of.

What they can do, the Teals that is, is make inrods into the Traditional Liberal/Labor contests and that wil further destroy the Liberals/Conservatives by fracturing that side of politcs vot even further.

I cannot see the Teals going into a coalition with the Conservatives, LNP Qld nor the Nationals because after all, the Teals are standing for small "l" Liberals.

People have been making these statements after elections for as long as I can remember. The coalition will get back in after two terms.

The fact they had been in government for ten years with a hopeless PM yet managed to not be wiped out shows they still have the support.

I'd put Dutton to lead for 12 months (stay with me) then dump him and put a female leader in. I think they need someone like Dutton to cop the flack and deal with the fallout for the next 12 months then the party makes a statement by dumping him.
That could work
