It was 1 degree yesterday morning in Canberra but I was still went for an early morning walk in shorts and t-shirt.
That said, I will have to replace the fan with the heater in the coming weeks, because I'm sure the minuses are too far away.

Going to be very wet and cold at the end of this week in Melbourne. BOM predicting 25-80mm on Saturday!

Will be windy, wet and snow on higher areas around Tas, Vic & NSW.

I find the BOM is pretty spot on for rain.

They are saying for Hobart

95% chance of rain - 10 to 35mm rain on Thursday
95% chance of rain - 10 to 45mm rain on Friday
90% chance of rain - 2 to 15mm rain on saturday.

Could be a very big event for the south east of the country.

Looks like it's set in overnight and into tomorrow.
Currently around 10 degrees with a windchill of 5.
Wind gusts of 80km/h atm.

Some places around the Ballarat area had snow.

Actually broke the record for most rain in a 24hr period.
Previous record was back in 1960.
