He basically averages about 30 so you have to think the selectors will reward him for making his average.
It is hard to imagine what is keeping him in the side.
The selectors are like a problem gambler. For 12 months he averaged 50 and took wickets and they have been chasing that rush ever since. The memory of the potential he once showed?

It's a question that stumps us all! (Pun slightly intended)It is hard to imagine what is keeping him in the side.
You going to make any of the tests, mate? Looks like the once a decade good weather in England is on display! It's a question that stumps us all! (Pun slightly intended)
Starc looked like he's cooked. Game over
Just came in a touch as well. Great ball. That one really lifted off the pitch.

Straight out of the attack. I don't think we can even win the series without Starc. Johnson looks relatively tame in English conditions. Can the chosen one come in and change it all?Starc looks like he's cooked. Game over
Nah, it kinda crept up on me, didn't get myself organised in time. Have spent a small fortune on World Cup tickets later in the year, so can't complain. You going to make any of the tests, mate? Looks like the once a decade good weather in England is on display!

Ankle looks like it's really troubling him. Down on pace his last couple of overs. It's like he's missing a good length consistent stock ball for test cricket too.

Marshall for McGrath and Sobers for Kallis for mine. All greats of the game. The coverage I'm watching just had a plug for a "Greatest Ever" discussion.
For me:
Batsman - Bradman
Fast Bowler - McGrath
Spinner - Warne
All Rounder - Kallis
Fielder - Rhodes
Captain - S Waugh
Might be slightly biased there, but I don't think any of these choices would be far off.
Both are a little bit before my time, if only just. My second choice behind McGrath would have been Ambrose.Marshall for McGrath and Sobers for Kallis for mine. All greats of the game.

I don't think I would be near as interested in cricket if not for Warne. Just couldn't get enough of his bowling. Also enjoyed Curley ambrose. He epitomised mean scary fast bowler.Warne and Gilchrist were the two cricketers I enjoyed watching the most.
Akram was mesmeric in a scary kind of way too.
