Anyone notice that Wade's lack of height/reach is seeing him just fail to reach a bunch of edges? Dunno, just seems like he just misses.

Any chance of someone bowling a yorker in the final 5 overs or is that just too logical?

FML
Makes far too much sense conceding 6 singles compared to the potential of 15-20 off an over...

Can't believe you're watching it, Henry Jr.

I reckon the Sri Lankan captain is rotating his bowlers really cleverly. Not allowing our batsmen to settle.

Anyone catch the young spinner who was bowling every ball under the sun?

Why cant we find a young spinner like that....

Victoria would have had 10mm rain for the month and its raining just over The G.....

I love the fact that Slater is giving live weather reports to a captain on the ground... Im off the to TAB

Oh my god, it rains for five minutes and we're still off the ground. Ridiculous.

Outrageous. a light sprinkling of water on the outfield and they're still not playing. Why?

I love the explanation, which is the same BS as Sydney and obviously part of an over-arching ICC mandate: "not enough rain to drain away properly".

What an exciting finish haha. Great effort from Maxy that last over and such a shame he couldn't go one more.

Love the hostilities at the end, makes for fun watching.

Only thing that could save cricket tonight - looking as soft as butter with that rain delay...bit of biffo would've made some headlines though! :)

Funny to see them getting all hot under the collar over a T20 match. Good work Maxwell!

This is why cricket is losing support. They should be playing.

Cricket is losing support because the people they are catering for aren't interested in cricket.

Another meaningless and forgetful T20 match is over, nobody cares who won, it will all be forgotten by Wednesday. I didn't see Australia's innings, but I did watch Sri Lanka's. I called for the sacking of the Australian's bowling coach and I'm deadly serious now. Anyone who thinks bowling short is a good tactic, especially in the final few overs, knows nothing about cricket. The Lankans couldn't believe their luck.

Mitchell Starc can bowl a really good inswinging yorker, how come he never tries on in limited over cricket? Total mystery.

Oh, my...

Maxwell's bowling 'better and better' - Arthur

"Glenn Maxwell has not played a first-class match in more than two months but his work in the nets to master the offspinner's stock ball has impressed Australia's selectors as they finalise the Test squad for the upcoming tour of India. The coach Mickey Arthur has suggested a spinning allrounder will be part of the Test squad, to be announced later this week, and Maxwell is a leading candidate after narrowly missing out on a Test debut against Sri Lanka in Sydney earlier this month."
