05/06 we were genuine contenders. Choking then hurt more. We aint genuine contenders this year.
However am happy Sando believes we can win it. The only way we will win it is if the players believe we can and paly above themselves against teams like Hawthorn and Collingwood.
I can think of another highly successful coach who also got the best out of his players in September/October. Playing above themselves because he built them up to believe they could............

In 2005 the same shit happened to you as well, you were heavy favourites going into the final after winning a minor premiership and then choked against st kilda at AAMI stadium who then went on to lose to sydney at the MCG comfortably lol. Same happened the year after. Pre season expectations dont mean much, those are analysis.Who would have expected Sydney to finish top of the ladder? NONE.
