Thankyou for providing more information. Is it a women only thing? Is the goal to improve coaching stocks mostly for the AFLW?Because it is like a scholarship. AFL pay part, Geelong pay part. It is excluded from the soft cap. I'm sure there are about a dozen or so women under the same thing around the league, Pearce is just the high profile one.
