Apparently the truck was heading up the road to warn traffic , make of that what you will.

What happened to Stolen car 1 and the occupants?

Stolen car 1 came back and picked up occupant(s) of car 2 before speeding off.

Yeah I mean I wonder if they got caught or picked up. Deserve to do heavy jail time for that.

being 16 they will get F all.

If this was in WA, I would not be surprised if adults were in the car. It's common practice for adults to get a 12-15yo niece or nephew to drive the stolen cars around. As they adults know the kids will get F all when caught and the adult can simply lie about their knowledge.
