Seriously, if he is in the side come round 1 2020 I will lose it. The logic for signing him now makes no sense whatsoever.

By all means sign him for 1 year if you need to but I can’t see why but hopefully no guarantees and hopefully minimum salary only.

No, we don't need depth next year as will be about getting games into the younger players.

There is no reason to hold on to average older players.

Given we never play our entire list I don't have a problem with that scenario. It's also a way to get better depth in the 2s.

Just curious does anyone look at next year contracted Player list, We have 12 players on the list Counting Betts and the 2 Rookies in Wilson and Strachan. That would leave 9 main listed players, from a list most likely 38 with 6 rookies

If you want a rebiuld we would need more than 5 changes next year. As it stands without MacKay on the list that would mean one of Brown, Milira or Brad Crouch would have to go.

Sometimes we need to look ahead to see what coming. I also hope we sign on Knights as well for 1 year.
Here a list of Out of Contracted players 2020, how many do you want to delist next year are
B Crouch, Milera, Brown, Himmelberg, Gallucci, Hartigan, Atkins, Pohokle, and MacKay Rookies Wilson and Strachan.
Yes we can revert back to a 40 list and move 2 rookies but that is still, still a tight squeeze, if Himmelberg, Gallucci Pohokle and Atkin turn it around.
Have not included Betts as I believe he is gone this year.
But yea lets delist them all this year and leave us short next year when we have a few Father Sons/NGA player to look at, and a possible a good 1st and 2nd rd pick

I will be more pissed if he plays next year.

Don't know could be the problem along with a few players who were coming out of contract in 2020 traded out,
But the Crows regularly do this, 2021 looks better we have few players out of contract but 2022 looking lite-on so they will need to sign up a few players end of 2021 on 1-year contracts.
