Looking forward to this. All I want from him is to just play as your typical ff and provide a target, and chase, tackle and harass everyone in his sight. Him doing that would take so much pressure off the likes of Grant, Stringer, Crameri and Jones IMO. Of course I'd love him to snag a couple too, and that would be fantastic for his confidence and probably the teams confidence as well but as long as he does those first things i mentioned then I'm not fussed if he hits the scoreboard. Being a good kick and a good mark he's bound to get on the end of a couple.

I'll get excited when the structure is right. Having one tall forward against Rivers, Lonergan, and Taylor makes zero sense to me and last week against spud melbourne our contested marking was allmost non existent. It is one of the reason we are such a spud team. Until we can get the marking along with the contested possession right we will struggle against the better sides.

Didn't realise he is that fast. He's actually becoming a pretty good project, which no one would have expected.

He's already had two knee recos IIRC, only 23 and coming from a fair way back coming from a local league at 20 years old.

His first two/three steps aren't overly quick, but once he gets four or five strides in, he gets motoring. Makes sense, when he played as a defender last year he was known for his closing speed.

Irrespective of how he goes, it's also glad to see a player coming from a different pathway getting into the leagues - we now have him and Morris as two players who are like that.

Yes but 2 of those knee recos were in fact amputations, Jack is now part man, part machine. When they replaced his legs they said they had the technology they could rebuild him, make him better than he was before, better, faster,stronger and that Jack Redpath would be that man. It's taken a while, but he is now in tune with his new body, he is now the 6 billion dollar man.
