You may have gathered i enjoy a bet on the footy by now, but as ive seen there are others here on our board who do as well.
Introducing 'The $10 Challenge'
Its a simple game, that could make you a very tidy profit by the end of the season if you place your bets right.
The Rules:
Start with one $10 Bet for this round, you can select any odds, or bet type you like (H2H, Line, Margin, Most Goals, Multi.. etc etc), whatever you think is likely to give you a collect.
If you collect you roll your total bankroll onto the following week where you again choose one bet for that round. (Eg: If you choose to back Essendon vs Carlton H2H at $1.50 this week with your $10 and Essendon win you would have a bet on anything you like the following round with the $15 you collected from this round, and so on it goes)
You must bet ALL your bankroll from the previous week, there is no bankroll management here, the lot from the previous week goes on a bet the following week.
The Winner will be declared the punter who can keep their initial $10 going the longest without losing the lot, or ideally, until the end of the season at which time they will be able to retire and live in Monaco. If two or more punters make it to the end of the season without losing, the punter with the highest profit will be declared the winner.
There are no 'im having this round off', if it looks hard or the odds dont suit you, tough t***ies, YOU WILL PLACE A BET. Even if it is FREO $1.01 vs MELB $200,000, i dont care about the odds, but you must place a bet to stay in the comp.
If you withdraw before the end of the season (cause your happy with the profit) ill call you a pussy, but thats up to you, money means different things to us all, but just remember, we all only started with $10 and you will be out of the comp. My advice, LET IT RIDE!!!!
You may reload if you want to continue and join in the fun but only the surviving punter from the initial $10 will be declared the winner, no matter how much profit you make.
Bets must be submitted before the Friday night game time in this thread stating the odds you secured for your bet, i will post each surviving persons bets for the round at the start of this thread so its easy to find for everyone.
So....if youre interested in joining in, let me know and ill add you to the list
