Sometimes a cigar is just a professional cigar.
but is the professional cigar superior to just a plain old cigar or is the tag proffesional offering no benefit but just there to cause confusion and drive a wedge between professional and non-professional cigars, to the point where cigar conflict could possibly wipe out all cigars as we know it, Is that worth being called a professional just to be compeltely wiped out of existence? i dont think so but maybe the professional cigasrs will be better at the conmflict and then all cigars will th4en be professional so is there even a reason to call them profewsional cigarts or will just cigar satisfy?

this is when u realise that the life of cigar its just so complex and great thayt anything that will cause coinflict or endanger there way of life is just totally wrong and i think the government is to blame and the cigars are being treated not fvery well and this is only going gto cause backlashj for the people and the cigars and untill the whales and stopped this will continuje and your voice ownt be hearsd your just a cigar and xcigars cant talk much so youi think they can hear you no they cant hear cigars so any plasn you hsve is a waste of time just give it up already beacuse a cigar life is hard life and without the money tpo support the cigar way of life i just dont dee how thisd is going to fix itself.

No, the cigars are the same.

I would doubt that anyone trying to get around a perma in such a way would get to keep the new account. ;)

Tazhawk was perma'd, he won't be back. No idea on the other account.
What are the rules on Phoenix accounts after a perma... Seems to happen quite often for some but the end of the line for others?

AFL Member so all clubs I guess.

I'm no mod but imo it would be dependent on the type of infraction. The mods may have some ruling where some people would get an IP ban for doing something very naughty and thus can never come back (can get around that i guess) Whereas for an accumulation of minor incidents or being floggish their account gets banned but they can just regenerate one.

Think of it like the demerit points system for your drivers license....

I agree with this as a sensible way of business. It seems these days i cant post outside of Bay 13 without copping an infraction (even when not at all being a flog) and unfortunately i think my days are numbered as i am one infraction away from perma ban. Despite this i believe i add something to the place in my own floggish way and seems a little rough to be perma'd.

Depends on the history of the poster and why they've been banned.

In your case, you'd have no problem creating a new account.

Just make sure you put an unnecessary apostrophe in so we know it's you.

And me? Would I survive a perma with a new account?
