HAHA someone suggested to me to just buy heaps of burgers at work and get them half price and just shove them in the microwave. Just add lettuce and tomato etc when they're reheated.

Now, it is a actually a line in an ad for a burger which doesn't pretend to be anything but bad for you.
The West truly is doomed.
Anyhow, I only eat KFC when I've hit the piss real hard so I probs won't eat this burger for quite some time, but boy can I not wait.

1939 kilojoules is not going to kill a diet or your kilojoule intake for the day. Yes saturated fat content is fairly high, but if it fills you as a meal it'll probably be less kilojoules than you normally consume.

OK, a review:
well for starters, mine looked a hell of a lot nicer than the pic above. It comes wrapped in their usual burger wrapper and then a cardboard sleeve over the top so you've got something solid to hold onto. Likely most KFC burgers, it's smaller than you might expect, but paired with a large chips it well and truly filled me up.
The chicken is...well, KFC chicken. I went original recipe. If you like their boneless fillets you'll have no complaints here. Mine wasn't too dry or too greasy, but I suspect like all takeaway it's the luck of the draw.
The one other flavour I noticed beyond the chicken was the barbecue sauce - it's a nice tang to complement the chook. I really didn't notice the cheese and bacon much at all.
One thing I can tell you is how heavily it will sit in your stomach. My guts have put up with some lousy eating habits in the past, but rarely have I actually noticed such a lead weight in my stomach when the meal isn't even finished. Mind you, I've barely felt hungry since I had it 8 hours ago.
$7.95 by itself is probably not a great price. $9.95 for a regular combo is a marginal improvement but you're still paying the usual KFC premium.

Had it. Was alright. Also got some sweet potato chips (like every time I've tried them, sickly sweet and not in a good way. Much better baked).
As for the burger, smaller than in the picture and very satisfying. Definitely healthier than my usual KFC fare of a Zinger burger, 3/4 original chicken, medium chips and gravy + generally water, maybe a diet coke if I'm feeling particularly voracious.

I tried it.
Its not that bad:
-comes well packaged
- not that greasy
-guarantees you a decent piece of chicken
- you don't really taste the cheese or bacon, its basically just two pieces of chicken really
MASSIVE POSITIVE - I haven't got that dreaded KFC bog yet and this is four hours after eating it.

Loved it, I think i'm in love. The chicken is thick, I went with the zinger option. A+.
