Firstly, greetings and salutations my fine feathered friends. I can imagine the exhilaration and euphoria sweeping this board right now and rightly so.
What a super impressive win against a team I was confident would have your measure. Your pressure and will for the contest was top shelf and you forced us into error after error for the entire 4 quarters. You work hard for each other and play as a unit. You're well led by Tex Walker and you have stars on every line.
Your club should be extremely proud of its efforts this season and the way in which you've fought back from adversity after the death of your coach not all that long ago. You must be commended for the way in which you've not only recovered from that tragic event to remain in premiership contention, but also the way in which you've been able to maintain your focus and carry those scars with such dignity and honour. For that, I hold your club in high esteem.
So here you are, off to your first Grand Final since 1998 and pitted against a side who hasn't tasted success for substantially longer, and with a big chance of claiming your clubs 3rd premiership.
You'll certainly have one more supporter on board, with the navy blue, red and gold taking up residence in my avatar for Grand Final week as I support your boys and will them on to victory.
For those fortunate enough to be making the trek to the game, I wish you even better luck. Wear something that isn't easily accessible to knives, wear a wide-brimmed hat to prevent saliva from feral and angry Tiger degenerates dripping down the back of your neck and leave your kids at home to protect them from the abuse and vitriol they'll likely receive. Keep your wallets in your front pockets at all times and be on alert when celebrating your win.
