Can't admit that there was some element of truth in what i said so once again you start playing the man.;)
The same article with the heading 'Knights says fatigue to blame'.;)

I could go on, but I've moved on. May I suggest you do the same. ;)

And in another article in the HS

Matthew Knights said,
"In speaking to Bruce Reid, our club doctor, the majority of hamstring injuries will be attributed to fatigue."

That right there is some of the furniture that needs to be moved on.:thumbsu:

I'm adding groins, abductors and anything else now.

The fitness staff are tracking for a score of 0 out of 10 this year. Heads must surely roll now.

Luckily these guys don't work in the emergency department of a hospital as they'd have to build a morgue next door!

Pretty sure there is something like that nearby the emergency ward of a hospital anyway! Or at least in the building.

Just reading back through my conversation with Ant... how embarrassing on my behalf. Wrote so angry and emotionally, I must have had a bad day and took out on poor Ant.
You angry then.

You seem composed now seeing that injuries are ten times worse than in 2008.

Interesting thing is reading about fatigue in 2008 - It's still happening.

Ten times worse than 2008?
Bit of an exaggeration, don't you think yaco? The day we only have 24 available for selection...

Side question, but what would happen if theoretically you had less than 22 players available for selection for a game?

Had many players suffering collision type injuries in 2008 - Many were put in to pasture - Having op's to be ready for the pre-season. And it is worse in 2008 - Cause we are suffering the same problems.

You would always have 22 - You can upgrade rookies in exceptional circumstances

You could upgrade rookies with AFL permission. I believe it's even possible to use your VFL affiliates list with permission from both the AFL and opposing club if it got that bad.

maybe its time for the media to really ramp up the weapon malfunction story.. im surprised they didnt call licka and howletts injuries as 'potentially season ending' it sounds so much more dramatic!!! (and is only 4 weeks)
