That's just a suppression order though. I doubt he's calling the cops and saying, "hey, someone came into my shop and uttered the words Bevan von Einem". I doubt the suppression order covers him for that. We know he has a crack lawyer. Maybe he has been strong to the detectives involved that they have to act if his client is harassed and threatened. He probably calls them up and says he's being harassed in front of customers.

He's just got a good lawyer and a suppression order. While that gives him a level of protection, I don't think we can assume he's "being protected".

You've said that police told you he's a "protected witness". I don't buy this. They could have told you this to get you to back off. You could have pooca'd it. Both more likely options than he was a "protected witness". That sounds like it was pooca'd too.

Now as I have said all along if you say bve name or talk about the case to him he calls the cops and they show up . I have however pointed out that by using the word "protection", others have interpreted this as meaning "witness protection". This is how incorrect information starts. It's all innocent, but over time the wrong information gets locked in as "assumed knowledge". I notice you never clarified to people when they bounced back from your use of the word "protection" with "witness protection".

Re-read what I said . I said liddy were not involved but did know bve . You take one little pice of what I said and change it to suit yourself . after looking in to this further I saw that the Adelaide Rowing Club is actually on the south side of the river adjacent the weir. However, the Adelaide University Rowing Club is on War Memorial Drive on the north side of the river.
If Mark was dropped 150m that puts him virtually at the footbridge. His friends retuned only a few minutes later and couldn’t find him. This suggests that he probably crossed the footbridge and started to head towards town via Victoria Srive and then either Kintore Ave or King William Rd. And this takes him right towards the number 1 beat.

He was potentially seen at 4am walking on Hackney Rd towards the city. If true, this suggests he started walking towards home (maybe along WMD, maybe he cut through and walk up Melbourne St) and at some point thought he was better off getting into the city and waiting for the first bus.
