Well who do you think has the quickest pace in the competion?

I voted Collingwood, since Tim Watson tonight on the game reminded me of it. I think they have no perticuly slow players except like 3 (Richo Presti Pebbles). Every other player is pretty quick. I know Essendon and Hawthorn supporters will think otherwise, with Chick and others, but Collingwood all round has good speed.

I reckon Essendon, not only for foot pace, but they also move the ball quickly, which is the only tactic to counter flooding well.

Good point there, but Collingwood also do that well, they counter flooding pretty good, mostly with Tarrant's leading.

collingwood are definately the fattest side...i guess eddie has been a big influence

i have seen a lot more of Essendon than Collingwood, so for mine it's hard to go past Essendon.

Collingwood have a young side (the youngest in the competition), and they have some quick players, and will be quite good within about 5 years.

Don't talk sides talk players? this poll is for the fastest side not the fastest player and Chick is the fastest player
Anyway the 5 fastest sides are Collingwood, Hawthorn, Essendon, Melbourne and Port. Not richmond, they are pretty slow

In terms of legspeed, probably Port Adelaide.
In terms of moving the ball, Essendon are in a league of their own.
