After watching the complete demolition of the Port "Blackout" by the Bombers what fate awaits the Tigers?
Danny Frawley is suffering from no delusions when speaking of the Tigers hopes this year.
Simply stated he is looking for an improvement.
This game will show the Tiger faithful exactly what has happened at Tigerland during the last six months.
The Bombers should win and would be extremely disappointed in the unlikely event of a Tiger win.
For the Richmond boys, a competitive effort would be a hopeful start on the road back to the Tigers Of Old, but a "Blackout" type defeat would be the start of just another gut-wrenching season.
The Bombers looked awesome and the Tigers were kind of ordinary when they returned to their old style of the past 2 years in the last quarter. However, the way they started against the Dees and there tenacity in hanging on for the 4 points gives this Tiger a glimmer of hope for 2000.
Less than a goal or a 10 goal whooping?
Who can tell? These are the tigers after all!
