Prelim Final: Scott Hodges

Wore a lace-up prison bar jumper as well.
Give that guy a part time job coaching our forwards. He will toughen and smarten some of them up.

Daniel Norton on Rockliff and Fantasia's podcast says Russell Ebert's grandson Albert, will kick the first goal.
Let’s hope it’s the first and many more to come

How appropriate that Russell was the first one to do this.

Should have video of Russell's first ever goal for the Magpies and his ceremonial first pre game goal on the big screens prior to Albert doing his thing 😃👍🥇
1968 1st Rd v Glenelg. No guarantee TV cameras were there and if so if footage is still around. Might have one from the 1968 finals. Unfortunately Russell didn't kick a goal in 1968 GF.
