Unfortunately the latest episode really hurt the show for mind.
The episode itself was alright but the ending fell into the same mentality of "oh we can do anything and just erase what we've done" and so the writers go over the top with significant character development that is later proved to be null and void.

As much as I'd like to get into the hard copies, I just can't warrant shelling out for something I'm likely to ever read once and they seem to go fairly quickly. I remember reading Killing Joke in a matter of minutes.

What can you recommend in terms of digital versions? Mostly looking to get into Flash, Batman and Spiderman.

Wonder how major a part Grodd will play in season 2 with CW's limited resources to VFX. He's meant to be one of Flash's major nemesis' right?

Sorry for the delay. Ive been sick the last few days. Ill go through my digital books and stuff later tonight when i do my weekly comic shopping. I use Comixology.com so check them out if you want. and if you find some for a good price and want opinions on how the stories are ill try and help. I wont be useful with Spider-man, as i mostly only read DC comics stuff right now with SpiderGwen the only Marvel comic i buy.

Today was ok, not as good as the past few weeks. I thought Hammil used his Joker voice too much as the Trickster [Hammil was the Joker in BTAS/Justice League/JL:U and the first 2 Batman Arkham Games] And I didnt like Axel it might have just been because he wasnt a blonde. The thing the Reverese Flash used on Wells reminded me a lot of the mouth thing from Fringe with the shape sifters. I think Wells is still there thats why he helps Barry, but Eobard is also there kinda like a firestorm thing, I think if they wanted to keep Wells on the show they could come up with a way to "Split" them and keep Wells on the show as a good guy and then have a full time Reverse Flash

The stuff with Eddie could be interesting.

heads up DO NOT watch the "Futures Revealed" promo for the flash, it Looks like it might have a huge spoiler in it. and shows stuff with upcoming Arrow/Flash crossover stuff thats also has spoilers in it. and looks like Flash is on a 2 week break

Also the thing I find most disbelieving about The Flash is not the awesome powers that the characters have but the fact that Barry's hung up on this girl:

Now I mean no offence to Candice Patton, and you might not agree, but Linda Park is IMO both prettier and more complex than Iris West.

I thought if Fringe immediately too. Not sure I want them to do a Firestorm scenario with Wells/Thawne. It wouldnt make sense as he only took his appearance.

I liked Cavanaghs potrayal so hope he doesnt somehow go back to being only the real Wells.

I liked that episode with the trickster and his breaking bad joke and his "dramatic" I am your father...cracked me up.

The other thing I took out of it was that at the beginning you see RF go for young Barry and older Barry punches him out the way and then gets himself out of there so at least we know who RF's target was.

The series just exceeds itself with every episode and thanks to aussiedude and his hint about futures promo, I am hanging for more.

Oh, and the other thing I liked was Eobard Thorne looked like he did in the comics which always bugged me. I guess you could say they tricked me.

Is the Trickster (in the comics) meant to be Flash's version of the Joker? I really enjoyed seeing Hamill but kept thinking he was basically the Joker (probably due to his voice acting from the games).

Thought the "I am your father" line (and the Breaking Bad one) was gold.

Fun fact I read elsewhere, Hamill and Barry's dad (name escapes me) were both on the original 1990 Flash TV show. Was a nice little nod to the past show. Barry's dad was the Flash on that show I believe.

That is correct. Hamill was the trickster in that version of the show and I am pretty they showed his actual costume from back then too.

Early Joker yes, more recent Joker from the last 20-25 years no. He is kinda like the early joker where its all about the the crime being memorable, but current joker is just too dark and obsessive.

I really couldn't foresee the difference between the wait for Flash on Wednesdays and my non nonchalance for Arrow these days at the beginning of the year. Arrow has got to the point where it would work better if he was a secondary character in Flash.
