Good episode, liked the chemistry between Cisco and Ray. I can't wait until this all gets out about Wells bee-ing (sorry, had to do it) RF but I don't want it all to end.

"I gave you strict instructions to not die".

"That's a big thing for her".

Gold, absolute gold.

Yeah she was back to the felicity of old in that ep.

Cant wait for these last 5 eps should be awesome now that its all been set up for the showdown with RF, who I am sure has a few tricks up his sleeve!

Iris being in the dark about who the Flash is adds nothing to the show imo.

Enjoyed that ep. Ray and Felicity were great. All things should be moving forward wrt the reverse flash now.

I think it's more, Eddie knowing Barry is the Flash is pointless. It feels like the only reason they did it was to introduce tension into his relationship with Iris.
I still think the tension between Eddie and Iris is what pushes him over to become a villain, in the beginning of the episode he didn't look too happy that Barry could solve all the crimes so easily as if making him redundant as a cop and then having to keep Barry's secret is pushing Iris away.

If I was to guess Eddie will somehow become RF but then I don't know what will happen to Wells as he is a good character but only while his secret is kept and he manipulating in the shadows.

Perhaps, but my point is that in a narrative sense there was no logical reason for Barry to reveal his identity to Eddie. He would have helped the Flash anyway, especially since his partner was in on it already.

It just feels like an excuse to introduce conflict between the main characters. It also cheapens the whole idea of a secret identity, and makes the obsession with keeping Iris in the dark seem even more illogical.

It was a good episode and everything but I'm still waiting for Grodd to reappear.
I think we'll see a bit of him this season but Grodd is going to be the main season 2 villain I believe.

This is what annoys me the most. More and more people seem to keep finding out Barry's identity, but somehow it's so important for Iris to not know to keep her "safe".

I think having Eddie know the secret, and it the cause for the break up, is more to create tension between he and Barry.

Really good ep again from the Flash - interesting to see Ray Palmer/ATOM taking a central focus in both Arrow and Flash this week.

The only thing that annoyed me about this episode was when Iris gave Eddie her ultimatum to 'tell everything' despite Barry's little pep talk earlier in the ep. :D

These sorts of contrivances always annoy me anyway. In the real world, Eddie would just say "yes I'm keeping a secret, but it's not my secret. I'd like to tell you, but I have no right to reveal something told to me in confidence without that person's permission. I promise it has nothing to do with our relationship, so you'll just have to trust me."

Iris would accept that, even if she didn't like it, and everyone would move on.

Haha I doubt most women I have known would accept that.

The dumb thing is that Eddie is a cop, and Iris is a journalist - so of course there's going to be things he can't tell her in regards to his work. Not to mention confidentiality that police would have to adhere too. That whole plot line is stupid.

Good ep yet again, interesting to have Lance and Laurel make appearances this week.

Anyone else feel the tension with Wells and Joe at the end?

I'm starting to get the feeling Wells knows his team is working against him (as opposed to just having suspicions).

Well the fact that the team found his hidey hole means he will know soon. I doubt there will be no security on the place. And Wells isnt dumb so i think he knows why Joe went to Star city and that Cisco was with him.

Lance and Laurel were a lot more enjoyable on this ep than on Arrow. Joe and Lance werr good together. Similar but different situations. Hopefully they learn from them.

Was put out a bit when Barry didn't get suspicious about Eddie knocking on the door.

Good episode though. These last few eps should be great.

Yep, I was expecting some alarm or sensor to be triggered when they found his secret room too. Maybe his AI computer might inform him?

Agreed on Wells with Joe...after the bit where he talked about how they had both suffered losses with their partners, I half expected him to make an indirect threat on Iris to be honest. Though I guess the writing is on the wall already so perhaps didn't need to be said.

If Wells thinks that Joe knows he is the man in the yellow suit/Reverse Flash he doesnt need to, he has already made a threat on Iris as RF. and if Joe knows nothing then it would be sus for the dude in the wheelchair to make a death threat on Iris. and if anything Wells has proven other than the one with Joe he doesnt make threats he just kills them.
