Okay, so why doesn't Flash inflict massive internal injuries from G-force when he catches people and then decelerates them at extreme speed?
The show doesn't bear thinking about too much, on any level. Just sit back and enjoy the ride.

I am somewhat convinced that Barry of Earth 2 is either their world's Reverse-Flash or Zoom, given Jay Garrick is the Flash there.
A big deal has been made about all of the meta's coming to Earth 1 to kill their counterparts, so it would make sense as to why Zoom/Reverse-Flash would come across to try and kill Barry. Linda Park is a classic example; she was an innocent civilian on Earth 1, but on Earth 2 she was the evil Dr. Light.
If the alternate Barry, for example, didn't have the support structures of Joe taking him in after his mother's death, and being able to grow up with Iris (like Barry of Earth 1), you could imagine Barry would have grown up to be a very twisted individual - after all he did witness the death of his mother.
Nothing has been said about who Barry is on Earth 2 or whether he was affected by the particle accelerator there, and I think that's the reason why. Would be an interesting twist if true, and one I wouldn't mind.

Barry's family might be alive and fine on earth 2, if Garrick is the flash there then Barry is not the flash so reverse flash would have no reason to try and kill Barry or his Mum
Not sure if it's possible, but my logic exists around the theory that when Eobard Thawne (Wells) went back and killed Barry's mum it changed existing timelines of multiple Earths, not just Earth 1. The science behind time travel is there are infinite alternate timelines, which was explained early on in season 2 by Dr. Stein in that, for example, Joe could have distinctly different jobs across all of those worlds compared to him being a detective on Earth 1. Not sure if the effects of the changing timelines could affect other Earths or just Earth 1, but if not it debunks my theory.
The other thing going against Barry being Zoom is the fact that he is much more built physically than Barry, which leads me to my next theory that...
Eddie Thawne could somehow reappear given he was sucked into the wormhole after he shot himself at the end of S1. Surely the writers did that as they had something in mind for him down the track. Could he be the one to return in the form of Zoom?

Thought this episode was one steaming pile of horse shit.
Way too much of CW's forced relationships, Cisco and Caitlyn plucking that 2/10ths of a second theory out of thin air, Wally West and his dindunuffin attitude the entire episode and just shitty pacing in general.
I just hope Patty is out for good. One less forced relationship to deal with.

Kind of a meh return but can't expect every episode to be massive. Hopefully won't go down the soapy side with all the romance and family stuff in this ep haha.
