Any examples of that unreasonable doubt? This thread has peaked.
I do love that you refer to people that do not believe in your flat earth nonsense as 'ball lovers' as if the only reason they believe the Earth is round is because of some irrational love of ball-shaped objects and not the fact that it has been proven beyond all but the most unreasonable of doubt.
Interesting that more and more people are joining FES,that we have ran out of pewter coins to send off with memberships and that I have to tell my students it's still not right to bully the ball lovers at their school even though they are now out numbered in the playground, and the fact their government influenced teachers whinge and whine to me in regards to my teachings.
Personally I thought the thread peaked when the history teacher said he and is colleagues would have more to offer than Super Intelligence after it was developed by humans, but each to their own.
With my work at the FES I'm personally not interested in taking sides or such things,I'm interested in the truth and genuine scientific endeavour as opposed to the religious and fraudulent variety based around money, power and ego.
I believe ball lovers believe the earth is a ball due to an unrational love of believing fictional tales they don't understand, and a belief in the Milli Vanilli/Betty Boo variety of pop science so prevelent in today's society.
