Hello Ships and on behalf of the FES welcome to the thread

We obviously don't know exactly what's underneath but we suspect rock. The Russians did attempt to dig once but didn't get very far.
We believe the dome to be in some way connected to the ice wall and not going all the way round. We did interestingly have a presentation put before us not long ago that gave some idea to the underside of the earth. Most of my colleagues were sceptical of the proposal but I'll try and find it and post for interest sake.
With humans being unable to escape low orbit and escape the dome it's difficult to truly know about the underside. Unlike the frauds at NASA we don't rely on artists impressions.

You will see some silly answers from ball lovers like turtles etc and I'll say this is not true. One thing I will say is that if you were told since birth that this was the case I'd suggest you would go into adulthood believing such a thing.
At the FES we encourage the childish antics of the ball lovers who contribute nothing, as this is going a long way to the current situation where our numbers are swelling and helps in our persuit of recruiting the next generation.

I guess some people could argue the silliest of all would be people who believe the earth to be a globe arguing with flat earthers on a flat earth thread for 211 pages while not really saying anything.
This would be a complex argument though I suppose.

Here's a picture of a new proposal that was put before us at the FES recently. As I said some colleagues were sceptical but I'm posting for those interested. Personally I quite liked the proposal even though it conflicts with my research into a repulsion force from a parallel world or universe.
