I think to be a flat earther you need to be of the opinion that your eye sight just runs out of puff hence the horizon etc

Surely there is a straight forward answer to this if the earth is flat. It would be the first question to be asked.

Human endeavor, and science, has also shown the Earth is NOT round, but flat. Eg, all the hands-on experiments that are disproving curvature rules.

You'd think if anyone truely believed in this that they would be getting in a boat and heading off to last great adventure.

There's likely a NASA backed Naval Fleet patrolling the area with orders to shoot on sight. That way they can keep the secret safe; have we established why it's a secret. Who has what to gain and why......

The ONLY thought that has me unsure of the Flat Earth is if someone sailed completely truly East-West or West-East....they'd reach the Ice Wall. The oceans can't be like water gurgling down a drain that force ships to move in circular motions around a flat Earth.

But there's also so much that defies the globular Earth too.

The truth is probably somewhere in the middle of both.

The ONLY thought that has me unsure of the Flat Earth is if someone sailed completely truly East-West or West-East....they'd reach the Ice Wall. The oceans can't be like water gurgling down a drain that force ships to move in circular motions around a flat Earth.

But there's also so much that defies the globular Earth too.

The truth is probably somewhere in the middle of both.

So are those on each side in agreement that the "Earth" regardless of a globe, flat or in-between has a magnetic pull that determines North, South, East & West. Or are all compasses another NWO NASA trick....

Only because if there is a way to gauge direction then you could prove a certain point if a ship did move in a circular manner at a certain point, then it would be noticeable. Hence recorded, hence used as a piece of the puzzle.

Can't be the Anti-Christ; as God is ever knowing. So as ever knowing, he would have known about this trickery and stopped it. Unless God isn't (real) ever knowing and therefor not all powerful. Or maybe God is in on it.......

Sorry GG, but I have only just come to the thread that is 230 pages long. I would of thought it was an easy question to answer relatively quickly. I did post an apology for not looking when I initially posted the question.

There was a pilot on youtube who made a live experiment. Flying from Australia to South America, and he noted that compasses do not match what the on-board flight digital compasses show. Such that the compass is holding up true to the flat earth model. And this was a guy who is neither for or against flat or globe earth. He is truly unsure and wanted to test some stuff out to add evidence to the debate.

They have. We lost 24 good scientists on that voyage just a few weeks ago. I'll thank to remember them in future. Perhaps even a quiet prayer for their soul to the shadow object is in order next time.

Here is the issue with that, if this Pilot did a test and came out and said this proves the Earth is a Globe, then all Flat Earther's would just spruik it's another NASA hoax. I'm not saying this wasn't legit, however if one side can fake a moon landing then another can fake a compass reading. Just saying.

I enjoy a good conspiracy as much as anyone. For the entertainment value mostly. It seems most people who really go out to prove what's out there, tend to not have a lot else going on to fulfill them. However with any Conspiracy I tend to ask, why and how. If the why and how are feesable, then I will listen to evidence. I just think this is too big of a secret to keep and the scope to keep this secret as claimed by the Flat Earther's is just not practical (like most conspiracy's).
