the definition of 'simple' did not change

going @ 670568000 mph , maybe more, heaps of different directions. Any yet not feeling any of it, nor being able to prove earths motion via science isnt simple at all ...

its a vastly complete which flys in the face of said razor

yet its the same for string theory, gravity, various space theories

there being various 9/11 explanations, doesn't not mean that 9/11 went down exactly as the authorities insist it did .
Difference being though if I ask 3 round earthers how do we stay on the planet I know what answer I am going to get. ( Granted there is holes in gravity I will give you that)

I ask a flat earther how we stick to a flat earth model and well it's a box of chocolates.

it identical... ask 3 scientists (real ones lol, that are good at said field) how the theory of gravity works and you may get three different answers.

i dont mean to consistently 'pick' on gravity but some of the new information on that topic is really interesting

i think you are being somewhat harsh on the 'flat earth community' for not having a completely unified theory. religion, science and other aspects of life seem to be the same on occasion

Will discuss when the round earthers can provide factual proof for Gravity,an unedited photo of globe earth and footage of the WHOLE earth spinning as has been requested numerous times previously.
Video of the Earth from 42.30 to 54.20, taken from a distance of about 50,000km

Video of the Earth from 23.00 to 30.40 and 37.10 to 44.25, distance of 65,000km

Video of the Earth from 13.25 to 24.40 and 36.30 to 41.00, distance of 200,000km

You don't get it.

It's your job as a flat Earther to make it a better theory than the round Earth model.

The flat earth theory poses great questions to doubt aspects round earth for sure. But as far as changing a belief system it's not even close. It's not even unified.

Just the other day I believed I was going to be served pork belly with a red wine reaction and apple sauce.
That night I was serves pork belly with both a red wine reduction and apple sauce for dinner.
I hadn't told anybody what I wanted for dinner that night nor was I told what was going to be presented to me for dinner that night. Spooky stuff indeed.

Wow

Did you read up about viewing into the horizon form the book I referenced you to?

i guess that is one way of looking at it

makes me hungry tha post

is it unified ?

How come are there no stars?

It's quite easy to imagine that the camera technology was not too good back in those days, and thus when it is focused on the earth the camera is taking in all of the reflected light - making it hard to take in the light reflected from the spherical stars millions of light years away in the background.

In the dead of the night light some candles and place them a few hundred metres behind your car. Turn your car's lights on, facing you. Look at the headlights and then tell me if you see the candles well in the background.

Not sure if it's unified. doubt it,nothing seems to be,in most theories.

That other post makes me hungry also lol

You want me to perform a candle burning experiment now?
I'll see how I go,I'm guessing the kids will love that one so it might be fun.

Not sure it's worthwhile doing it now, given it's daylight (assuming you're living in Aus?).

Try it sometime. Take a picture with the camera focused on the car lights, I'm willing to bet you won't see the candles in the background.

(1) It's daytime and (2) stars are tiny anyway. The ratio of Earth's diameter to distance varies from 1/5 to 1/20 in the above videos. The next nearest star is 4 light years away, so the ratio of an average star diameter to distance is more like 1 to 100,000,000

And yes, Star Trek is fun to watch, but it's not scientifically accurate in depicting space travel :)

Not yet, I will though mate I promise.

Your the first person I will tag.
No need to promise,if you don't get round to reading it,it's no skin of my nose.
Just google the fist page of the chapter I said,it seemed to have a bit of info and a fair few diagrams :thumbsu:

Lol,I didn't mean now now, of course I'll perform the candle burning experiment at night.
