Some perspective of scale -
Earth's diameter is ~12500km
Space station orbit ~340km
The space station is about 3% of the diameter away from the surface of the earth. Mostly all that it is ever going to see is a part of the globe. Hold a camera 0.5cm away from a basketball. Report back on whether you can see the whole globe.

I realise this thread moves pretty quickly (a bit like earth), but could any FE proponents address this post.

The eye/camera simply cannot see the extent of the Earth to such a degree that you see marked curvature from low earth orbit. The horizon (where land meets sky/space) is always going to appear flat from such a close distance. Consider the "accepted" circumference of the Earth is 25,000 km. Consider the range of the eye/camera to take in all that.

For instance, the continent of Australia. You cannot see it from end to end with your own eyes or a camera even 100,000 feet in the air. You have to get even further away, further than even low earth orbit. And that's just Australia. So it doesn't add up that in low earth orbit the eye/camera would be able to "take in" the vast expanse of 25,000 kms of the entirety of the Earth to start seeing marked curvature. Yet all this fake shots of ISS looking at the Earth in the backdrop has a very exaggerated curvature to the Earth.

Consider the dogcam video....100,000 feet up....panning 360 degrees and it cannot take in the enormous breadth of the Earth....still looks flat.

Consider NASA themselves saying the Earth is so huge, and cameras so limited, that to create a single image of the Earth they have to take hundreds of slices of shots and try to piece them together because it's just so huge.

So, all these images/videos of the ISS looking at the Earth and you seeing a marked curvature is CGI. Playing with the lens to make it bend, or just some composite image green screened in the backdrop.

Why would I watch a video from a fake organization like NASA? That's like you refusing to watch a video from some of the very decent youtube presentations I've posted here. NASA bullshits all the time. Where's that video.....brb.....
