It is Photoshopped. Haven't you seen those videos that show how you can prove nasa images are Photoshopped. Open it in Photoshop and increase "levels" contrast etc and you can see the image manipulation. Real photos don't do that.

So how would we know where the eye of the cyclone is without a satellite?

It cannot be guesswork if we can track where it is successfully all the time and alert the residents. We can precisely see where the eye of the storm is, on every single occasion, check the wind patterns and predict where its gonna hit.

Weather is not guesswork. We could see the cyclone was forming long time ago, this cannot be guesswork.

How can ground based tracking be available in the middle of the ocean? but there are no network connectivity in the middle of the ocean. How can you track a cyclone in the middle of the ocean without a network connection?
