What would be so scary about it? I'm not sure why you're upset about it all. What will you do differently if a flat Earth is confirmed?

Instead of trying to prove the Earth was flat, I was trying to convince myself the world was round (from scratch) .
This discussion is really a personal thing. The only way I see anyone taking this theory with any seriousness is to first question/research everything you know. If you come to the conclusion that it's correct that's great, move on to the next subject why come back unless you're trolling. But if you didn't well...Then maybe come here and ask the questions you seek.
I first thought this flat Earth theory was insane and I am sure the flat Earth earth people here would agree they all did when they first delved into the subject.
People come here without questioning what they have been taught and expect Flat Earthers to convince them that what they believed their whole life is a lie, well shit it isn't going to happen is it? If you truly don't question it yourself and expect someone else to do it for you, it just leads to the same circular (no pun) sh** arguments you see in this thread time and time again.
It ain't black and white like some people here would have you believe.

It took me 6 months,
6 months is something I am not going to explain to you or try to condence into a post as I said it will end up in a back and forth s*** argument of trying to point score on a debate that is personal opinion where you will just end up posting a 5 second gif of footage from a space station and claim victory.

And I am telling you, twice now, maybe just maybe find out for yourself why? This something you have to come to your own conclusions not someone else do it for you. And hey if it helps, there is no right or wrong just personal belief.
I am sure that very same question has been answered like 10 times now from a flat Earthers perspective of why that gif is not sufficient on this topic. But you reject it (which is fine) then you come back and ask the same f***ing question expecting something different.
If you come to the conclusion yourself it's not fake it's very real and everything is correct weight good for you but then I would query why are you still posting in this thread?

As people are saying,the whole thing is going round and round,simply because the people who love balls know they don't have enough evidence for it to stand alone on a thread of its own.
People who believe in a flat earth used to once believe in a ball earth,because that's the religion of fraudulent science tells everyone. Billions of dollars and all we have is a theory that's is pieced together by having to believe other unproven theories. We figured it out by using our own perception and didn't just believe what some religion told us we have to believe.

Like I said,the intelligent people who are aware the earth is flat used to once believe it was a ball,we weren't afraid to look outside the religion of fraudulent science. We know we are not standing upside down on a silly ball.
Nothing new is being said,the ball lovers are just asking and saying the same things that would now be more suited to its own fraudulent thread,thereby allowing flat earthers to have proper scientific discussion,on a thread that is about the flat earth.
The flat earthers have heard the opposing views and we've been given nothing that isn't straight out of the books with the multiple missing pages from the religion of fraudulent science.
